Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the Philippines partner recruitment strategy, identifying and onboarding high-potential resellers, system integrators (SIs), ISVs, consultancies, and other channel partners.
Manage the full partner lifecycle, from business development and contract negotiation to enablement, co-selling, and ongoing account management.
Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue through joint business planning, quarterly targets, and go-to-market initiatives.
Design and deliver partner enablement programs, including sales training, technical certifications, solution workshops, and joint marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with sales, solutions architecture, marketing, and product teams to support partner-led customer engagements and resolve operational challenges.
