Job Overview

As a Cloud Operations Manager, you play a key role in the hosting and operational continuity of Exact products used by hundreds of thousands of users. These products run in our multi‑cloud environments on Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS). You lead a team of specialists responsible for keeping these customer‑facing applications stable, secure, performant, and continuously available.

Across Cloud Operations, we support more than 25 different products and workloads, serving over 700,000 users. Ensuring that each of these SaaS and cloud‑hosted products runs reliably at scale requires strong coordination, clear ownership, and world‑class operational execution.
