NICE in Southampton is looking for a skilled candidate for a technical support role focused on deploying and maintaining cloud solutions for digital evidence management in Public Safety. The ideal candidate will be able to work closely with product teams, providing 2nd/3rd line support and ensuring effective communication with customers. Prior experience in technical customer support is essential, and training in Azure technologies will be provided as necessary. This office-based position requires commuting to Southampton five days a week.
