Cloud Operation & Maintenance Team Leader

As the Huawei Cloud O&M Team Lead, you will spearhead the operational excellence of our hybrid cloud ecosystem. You will lead a high-performing team of Technical Account Managers (TAM) and Site Reliability Engineers (SRE), ensuring that our Public Cloud and Huawei Cloud Stack (HCS) private environments are resilient, secure, and high-performing.

Core Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor local service O&M team (e.g. technical account managers), fostering a culture of Issue-to-Resolution efficiency and continuous technical growth.

Public Cloud/Private Service Excellence: Oversee the customer service for Public/Private Cloud customers, lead the maintenance and lifecycle management of Huawei Cloud Stack (HCS), specifically manage ownership of the HCS Patching and Upgrade Process to eliminate vulnerabilities.
