Cloud-Native DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Build, deploy and maintain services on Kubernetes using ArgoCD and Bitbucket Pipelines CI/CD.
• Manage secrets and configuration (Vault), container images, and environment promotion (staging to production).
• Operate and extend observability — Grafana / Loki / Prometheus, Sentry — and on‑call via incident.io.
• Support Database replication, database deployments and zero‑downtime release patterns.
• Maintain network/edge configuration (Cloudflare, dual‑ISP failover) and infrastructure‑as‑code.
• Diagnose and resolve service‑impacting incidents; document root cause and preventive actions.
• Work with developers so solutions are designed for scale, performance, and operability; manage infrastructure cost.
• Configure public (Azure) and private (NTT) cloud hosting and shared‑service models.
