Cloud Migration Lead (Azure)

VM Migration Leadership & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end VM migration activities from on-premise to Azure using tools such as Azure Migrate.
• Plan and execute migration strategies, including rehost, replatform, and modernization approaches.
• Ensure all migration phases (assessment, design, execution, validation, cutover, and stabilization) are delivered cohesively.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies for migration workloads.
• Provide technical assurance, governance, and escalation support throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and business teams to align migration outcomes with business objectives.
