Cloud Governance & ServiceNow Analyst (León)

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the Cloud inventory, ensuring Cloud services are accurately registered and documented.
• Work with Service Now and CMDB processes to guarantee the quality, consistency and completeness of Cloud‑related information.
• Classify and maintain Cloud services across different environments, including on‑premise, public Cloud and hybrid solutions.
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure Cloud services are properly governed and aligned with ITSM processes.
• Support the continuous improvement of Cloud inventory management processes and documentation.
• Contribute to maintaining knowledge bases and ensuring information remains up to date and reliable.
