Fin Ops Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis and forecasting for cloud spending across multiple platforms (i.e., AWS, Azure, Google, Oracle, IBM).
• Leverage management tools to identify and act upon optimization opportunities.
• Work closely with engineering and operations teams to recommend cost‑optimization practices.
• Provide insights and recommendations on cloud usage and cost trends to senior management.
• Lead the FinOps practice within the organization, promoting a culture of cost awareness in cloud.
• Work with internal stakeholders, providing visibility into cloud spend and cost avoidance.
• Engage with cloud service providers to ensure cost‑efficient optimization.
• Stay abreast of the latest cloud FinOps tools, technologies, and best practices.
