- Good knowledge of AWS IAM (users, roles, policies, permissions, and access management).
- Strong understanding of AWS infrastructure and application fundamentals (EC2, VPC, ELB, S3, RDS, Auto Scaling, CloudWatch).
- Advanced knowledge of AWS networking, including VPC, subnets, route tables, security groups, NACLs, VPN, and Route 53.
- Experience in intermediate to advanced troubleshooting of infrastructure, networking, application, and performance issues.
- Good exposure to AWS architecture, enabling effective root cause analysis and faster issue resolution.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and AWS best practices for operational support.
