Cloud Engineer (Tijuana)

• Manage and support mission‑critical/24x7 public cloud environments for multiple customers.
• Backup, archive, and recovery execution of the cloud‑based data warehouses.
• Throughput monitoring, load balancing, and improving the overall system health by optimizing the critical public cloud resources.
• Working with distributed teams.
• Real‑time troubleshooting and problem resolution.

You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, including SRE, DevOps, Product Engineering, Governance, Cloud Service Delivery, and Service Experience Managers.

Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure the successful delivery of continuous improvement initiatives and ongoing support of cloud‑based systems.

Basic knowledge of Public Cloud Services.
