About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Infrastructure Engineer to support the operation, maintenance and enhancement of enterprise infrastructure platforms within a highly regulated environment. The successful candidate will be involved in managing Windows server environments, virtualization platforms, system maintenance activities, and infrastructure projects while ensuring high system availability and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support for the maintenance, administration and patching of enterprise infrastructure systems
- Support Windows Server, virtualization and end-user computing platforms including Citrix and Nutanix environments
- Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting and issue resolution to minimise service disruptions
- Support incident, service request and change management activities
