Job Description:
1. Remotely connect to servers and applications to troubleshoot faults or handle
incidents.
2. Perform infrastructure surveillance in rotational shifts.
3. Work on continuous automation using Python, Shell Scripts, and AWS
CLI/API.
4. Troubleshoot every case/event/incident and identify opportunities to restore
the service or provide acceptable workarounds to meet business needs.
5. Follow the escalation process as described in the SOP if the incident or ticket
cannot be resolved immediately.
6. Read knowledge base articles or vendor documentation to stay updated on
current technologies used within the infrastructure.
