SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support for Azure (90%) and GCP (10%) cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code in Azure and GCP, including portal management, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), monitoring and analytics, backup management, application gateway management, network management, automation, and documentation.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS.
- Familiarity with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes or ECS.
