Minimum Relevant Experience: 5-10 Years

• Client is looking for a hands-on Data Engineer rather than an Architect, Lead, or Manager. They want someone who can code, build data pipelines, and work independently in a modern cloud data engineering environment.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Spark + Scala
• Experience with AWS Glue
• Working knowledge of Snowflake
• Strong SQL and coding fundamentals

Good to Have:

• DBT
• Spark Streaming
• Experience in data migration projects
• Exposure to on-prem + cloud environments
• Screening Expectations
• Strong SQL proficiency (should handle basic queries comfortably)
• Clear understanding of data engineering concepts
