Cloud Engineer (Azure / Databricks)

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure supporting enterprise data and analytics platforms.
• Implement and support Azure landing zones, virtual networks, connectivity, storage and compute resources.
• Configure and administer Azure Databricks workspaces and associated cloud services.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure performance, availability and capacity, implementing improvements where required.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Data Engineers and Platform Engineers to support the deployment of data and analytics solutions.
• Ensure cloud environments comply with security, governance, privacy and enterprise architecture standards.
• Support cloud networking, identity and access management, resource provisioning and operational support.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and provide root cause analysis for cloud platform incidents.
