JOB PURPOSE Lead the end to end implementation of the CLM tool at the Group Level. Add value and expertise (new processes and technology) for contracts workflow configuration, management of the clause library, management of the template library, automation configuration, reporting of CLM metrics, maintaining the training resource center, and the administration of all Full and Lite user profiles and security access protocol across GMR Group. Play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) within with GMR Group by identifying growth opportunities and areas for improvement. Lead design and optimize contract workflows, approval matrices, and automation rules to ensure continuous improvement. Develop a comprehensive change management strategy and training program for successful CLM adoption for GMR Group.
