Role Overview
The CLM & Contract Administrator will act as the primary business owner of the CLM platform (Ironclad), responsible for day‑to‑day administration, configuration, and continuous improvement. The role ensures compliance with contract management processes, maintains an accurate and auditable contract repository, and develops AI‑enabled playbooks and clause guidance in collaboration with Legal and Commercial Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the day‑to‑day administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of the CLM platform, including workflows, intake forms, approval flows, and escalation paths
