Our Client Lifecycle Management Analysts manage end-to-end CLM activities across key customer lifecycle events, focusing on streamlining operations, improving the client experience, and supporting sustainable growth for GPB.
Duties & Responsibilities
As a CLM Analyst you will maintain HSBC’s internal control standards, deliver audit actions, address matters raised by external regulators, and demonstrate compliance with relevant rules and policies. You will also be part of operational risk management, applying HSBC’s ‘Three Lines of Defence’ framework and escalating issues when needed.
- Onboarding: Analyse, validate and ensure customer onboarding by performing documentation review (banking forms, CDD documentation, corroboration), KYC/KYT information, and screening activities.
