Lead the Personal Support Services team at ParaMed as a Clinical Supervisor RPN. Oversee clinical care interventions to ensure quality, ethical, and safe patient care every day.
In this full-time role, the Clinical Supervisor will supervise and support Personal Support Workers in compliance with standards and company policies. You will leverage your clinical skills to engage patients and staff, solve problems, and foster a positive care environment. Regular meetings and collaboration with nursing team members will be integral components of the position.
