Clinical Supervisor - Part-Time (Travel Required)

Position Summary

The role of the Clinical Supervisor – Nursing Programs is to provide students with appropriate learning experiences in a clinical setting. It requires the use of critical thinking skills and accurate judgment within a physically and intellectually demanding environment while assisting students to meet course learning outcomes in their clinical experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provides students with appropriate learning experiences.
• Selects clients for student care.
• Reviews and clarifies the nursing practice course expectations.
• Maintains an effective and harmonious relationship with members of the health care team, the students, clients and their families, and medical staff. Supervises and monitors ongoing client care provided by students.
