Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for product knowledge, Product technologies, market information, Product training (training will be provided) and clinical support such as related clinical study or updated knowledge to the team
  • Conduct and Provide training session; to healthcare professionals in hospitals and for internal staff training
  • Conduct Product Presentation; to the healthcare professional in the hospital and for internal staff training
  • To ensure that customers are provided with high quality care & attention throughout the sales & service process of medical technology procured and must be comfortable in supporting cases in OR room
  • To provide clinical support & trouble shooting of medical equipment to the users
  • Assist users to become familiarized with usage of the medical equipment.
  • Organize and execute a wide range of on-site training activities and liaise with multidisciplinary teams
