This full-time role is integral to the Maternal & Child Program, focusing on supporting learning and quality excellence in NICU care. Key activities include developing educational programs, leading onboarding efforts, and fostering high-performing teams. The Clinical Practice Leader will also guide clinicians in implementing evidence-based practices to ensure optimal care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with leadership to assess and respond to NICU needs
• Model excellence in neonatal clinical practice for complex care
• Promote interdisciplinary team development within NICU
• Design and implement evidence-based education programs
• Mentor staff on key neonatal competencies and standards
