Clinical Pharmacist

Position Overview

As a member of the Department of Pharmacy team, you are responsible for the day‑to‑day activities related to the responsible provision of medication therapy management, including provision of pharmaceutical care, teaching professional students and staff, supervision of technical personnel, and distribution activities. Currently available roles include the outpatient oncology (oral chemo clinic and systemic therapy clinic) and medicine/surgery float.

Primary Responsibilities

• To provide direct patient care in the management of drug therapy to achieve positive patient health outcomes in medicine, surgery or critical care, and coverage to other patient care areas as needed.
