Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a full-time Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Madigan Pharmacy and Compounding in Calgary, AB.

Availability needed: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm

Patient Focused Care Responsibilities:

• Deliver clinical services such as medication reviews, chronic disease management and care plan development.
• Administer vaccines and immunizations.
• Determine appropriateness of drug therapy and monitor for effectiveness, side effects, and interactions.
• Counsel patients on prescriptions, over-the-counter products, and health-related topics, including indications, contraindications, side effects, and proper usage and storage.
• Supervise pharmacy students or provisional pharmacists in performing restricted activities.
