Clinical Operations Lead, Command Centre

KPJ HEALTHCARE BERHAD is seeking a Clinical Specialist for the Command Centre to support clinical-operational coordination and patient flow management across its network. The role acts as a liaison among hospitals, nursing leadership, and clinical teams to ensure timely patient care delivery.

You will monitor operational indicators, assist in escalations during critical situations, and help implement operational improvements. Ideal candidates should have a medical degree and 3–5 years of experience in hospital settings.
