Clinical Operations Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Conducting phone calls with providers, fostering positive relationships, and addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English to effectively communicate with a diverse range of providers.
- Handling administrative tasks associated with provider relations, including data entry, documentation, and scheduling.
- Save/Label Prov Claims/Statements/Invoices (Send/sort incoming/outgoing documentation, electronic document sorting (PDFs).
- Demonstrating a friendly, engaging demeanor to build rapport and trust with providers.
- Utilizing persuasive communication skills to encourage provider participation and cooperation.
- Other administrative tasks to provide support to the financial and clinical teams.
