Role Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed and experienced Tissue Viability Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our specialist service as a Band 7 practitioner. The team is based within Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, providing care across acute and community settings, including hospital, outpatient and patients’ own homes.
Tissue viability is a key component of safe, high-quality care, with a strong focus on improving patient outcomes, preventing avoidable harm and supporting independence. The post holder will demonstrate expert knowledge of wound care and pressure ulcer prevention, alongside a clear understanding of national guidance and evidence-based practice.
