Reporting to the Clinical Director – Forensic Service, the Clinical Inpatient Manager leads and coordinates an interprofessional inpatient team providing assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and risk management services to clients of the Forensic Service. The Manager oversees clinical and operational activities, supports staff development, promotes evidence‑based practice, and ensures delivery of high‑quality patient care. Working closely with professional leaders and stakeholders, the Manager contributes to strategic planning, redevelopment initiatives, budget management, and organizational projects while maintaining a safe, inclusive workplace and regulatory compliance.
