EORLA invites applications for this role across multiple Ontario locations including Nepean and Arnprior. As a Clinical Laboratory Technologist, you will manage the workflow of clinical samples, facilitating accurate diagnostic testing and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. This role may also involve training new technologists and rotating through different lab functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accession and prepare samples for diagnostic testing
• Perform analysis and interpretations of lab samples
• Maintain up-to-date records of all laboratory activities
• Resolve issues with specimen quality and suitability
• Provide guidance and training to colleagues
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited MLT program
