Perform Diagnostic Related Grouping (DRG) coding for inpatient discharges and day procedures using 3M Codefinder and ICD10 AM within the SAP system. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify documentation and ensure accurate coding. Participate in hospital-wide operations, including Mass Casualty Exercises and Hospital Contact Tracing during activations.
Requirements
Minimum degree in Nursing or foreign MBBS. Relevant experience in ICD coding preferred. Auditing skills are an advantage. Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in reviewing case notes. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Proficient in MS Office applications.
