• Provide formal clinical application training for PET, SPECT and/or CT, as well as classroom training and remote application support for installed bases.
• Work closely with the Commercial and product organization to clinically support GEHC customers in pre-sales and post-sales situation.
• Assist the field sales representatives with pre-sale and post-sale customer support including on site clinical in servicing, go-live support and troubleshooting.
• Drive customer satisfaction, both internal and external.
