Clinic Coordinator (Laval)

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise all psychosocial interventions, ensuring their quality and relevance to the needs of women.
• Oversee the daily supervision of the team of social workers, provide advice, evaluate performance, and plan continuous training.
• Work closely with the executive director and management team to ensure proper management and smooth operation of shelter services.
• Implement mechanisms for ongoing evaluation of intervention practices and make adjustments as needed to meet women's needs more effectively.
• Develop and maintain relationships with various community, institutional, and local partners to provide holistic support to the women being assisted.
• Ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with the organization's values, particularly the empowerment of women and safety.
• Perform any other related tasks as required.
