- Assistwith scheduling appointments, operating theatre bookings, ward admissions,and other related arrangements
- Managepatient enquiries and route calls to the appropriate departments orpersonnel
- Advisepatients on the availability ofcashless payment options fortheir visits
- Submitinsurance claims through various insurance portals
- Performe-filing of patient records and manage patient communications
- Prepareinstruments and assist the surgeon independently duringminorsurgical procedures
- Actas achaperone for patients when required
