Job Description
Patient Care & Clinical Support
- Assist the doctor or dentist during consultations, examinations, and procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments and equipment.
- Escort and prepare patients for treatment, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Record and update patient information accurately in the clinic’s system.
- Monitor inventory of supplies and assist in restocking when needed.
- Handle specimens or laboratory materials as instructed (if applicable).
Administrative & Front Desk Duties
- Greet and assist patients courteously upon arrival.
- Schedule and confirm appointments; manage patient records and files.
