Climbing Gym Manager

Location: Powell River/qathet Regional District

Salary Or Wage: $23 to $25 per hour

List of Requirements

• 2-3 years of customer service experience/experience working with the public
• Experience working point of sale (e.g. Square)
• Experience working with climbing gym CRM software (e.g. RockGymPro) is an asset
• Experience teaching belay classes or other climbing classes is an asset
• ACGM Level 1 is an asset

List of Duties

• Oversee gym operations, including majority of front desk shifts (at least one weekend shift)
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive member experience
• Ensure the successful development and implementation of all programming
• Perform regular safety inspections and reporting
• Manage company email, respond within 48 hours, and oversee bookings (groups, birthdays, lesson...
