The responsibility of this team is to ensure end‑to‑end tax compliance for clients, especially in the Brokerage and investment products domain—from the correct capture and maintenance of client tax attributes (tax residency, W-8/W-9, CRS/FATCA, etc.) to execution, reporting, and ongoing management of associated tax obligations.
Your key responsibilitiesAs a Tax Services Expert Client Lead, you will:
Define and lead the Client Tax Services (CTS) function in Spain, aligned with the Group model and fully integrated within KYC, ensuring end‑to‑end ownership of client taxation (from onboarding to filing and in‑life management).
