  • Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies and network security
  • ExperienceinsettingupNMSdiscovery,topologymapping, alert thresholds and severity rules
  • Ability to integrate NMS tools with ticketing systems and email/SMS alerting
  • Familiaritywithhighavailabilitysetup,performancetuning and log retention
  • Goodscriptingandqueryingknowledgeforautomation and custom reports
  • Abilitytogenerateuptime,bandwidthutilization,faulttrend, SLA and KPI reports
  • Responsibilities :
