Empower clients at PheedLoop by becoming a Client Support Specialist, where you'll handle technical inquiries and ensure successful events using our innovative platform. This role is entirely in-person in Toronto.
As a key member of our support team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers facing challenges with our event technology. Your primary focus will be to resolve technical issues efficiently and assist clients in navigating the platform.
