CLIENT SUPPORT SERVICES EMPLOYEE

Prince Albert Grand Council is seeking three (3) compassionate and dependable Client Support Services Employees for its Sober Living Program . Reporting to the Program Lead/Support Services Coordinator, this position provides direct support to adults in recovery and helps maintain a safe, respectful, and recovery‑focused residence. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate, dependable professional who is committed to wellness, recovery, and culturally safe support services.

Qualifications include:

• Grade 12 or equivalent (post‑secondary human services education is an asset)
• Experience in recovery, addictions, mental health, or residential support settings
• Knowledge of trauma‑informed care, crisis intervention, de‑escalation skills and client‑centred service delivery
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries, exercise sound judgement, and respond effectively to challenging or crisis situations.
