Position Overview
This role supports the BDC Technology Financing team by delivering high‑quality client service, preparing proposals and related documents, ensuring compliance, and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide superior client service, resolve basic client inquiries, and flag complex cases to senior leadership.
- Respond promptly, accurately, and professionally to existing and potential clients, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and practices.
- Prepare letters to clients and professionals (e.g., letter of intent, letter of offer, mandates) and proposals/contracts, ensuring accurate information, necessary documents, required conditions, signatures, and proper follow‑up.
