Client Success & Support Specialist

bancnet, inc. is seeking a Client Support Specialist to provide high-quality Level 1 (L1) technical and operational support services. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of BancNet systems and must possess strong relationship-building skills to ensure participant satisfaction.

The Specialist will serve as a liaison, promoting seamless communication with internal teams and external stakeholders while focusing on service excellence and process improvement. A degree in Business or Information Technology and at least 3-5 years of client support experience are required.
