What You’ll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Manage end-to-end delivery of Digital Learning and Classroom Learning projects. Coordinate with clients, trainers, instructional designers, developers, and internal teams. Track project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards. Manage training logistics, deployment, and stakeholder communication. Prepare project updates, MOMs, and status reports. Use AI tools to improve productivity and operational efficiency. Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving. What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of experience in Program Management, Learning Operations, Client Success, L&D, or Training Management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong ownership and execution mindset. Customer-centric with high empathy and attention to detail. Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
