What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of Digital Learning and Classroom Learning projects.
- Coordinate with clients, trainers, instructional designers, developers, and internal teams.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
- Manage training logistics, deployment, and stakeholder communication.
- Prepare project updates, MOMs, and status reports.
- Use AI tools to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- 3–5 years of experience in Program Management, Learning Operations, Client Success, L&D, or Training Management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong ownership and execution mindset.
