Job Description:
To manage client onboarding, fulfill service delivery using GoHighLevel (websites, automations, pipelines), and ensure clients achieve success within the first week of onboarding.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard new clients after demo closes (collect business info, logos, domains, etc.).
- Setup client accounts in GoHighLevel (automations, triggers, chat widget, review system).
- Build or customize websites using templates.
- Connect client calendars, GMB, and integrations.
- Manage client communication during onboarding.
- Monitor performance dashboards and ensure automations run smoothly.
- Maintain documentation of each account setup.
