Client Success & Operations Manager

Flatworld Philippines is looking for an Account Manager to maintain strong customer relationships and improve project results. This role requires overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring client KPIs are met.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of leadership experience in a BPO environment, excellent analytical skills, and a strong sales background. Knowledge of Six Sigma is preferred. This position is onsite in Davao City.
