Overview Our client is part of a global leader in international trade and tax — operating across 200+ destinations and trusted by some of the world's most recognisable technology brands. They're looking for a commercially driven professional who wants to own something real. This is not a passive account management role. Responsibilities As Client Success Manager, you'll own a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise technology clients and be directly responsible for growing revenue within that book of business. Identify upsell opportunities within your client portfolio. Introduce clients to new products and re-engage accounts that have gone dormant. Build deep, trusted relationships with key decision-makers and make strategic decisions with and for your clients to help them win their own deals.
