Job Description
Client Success/Account Managers are responsible for overseeing the overall performance of the team — from their work efficiency to campaign status. They also represent the company throughout campaigns and when interacting with clients, reporting every numbers they can.
Qualifications
- Experience of at least three (3) years as a Supervisor or Manager for a company in a similar role.
- Experience in account and client relationship management, preferably in a BPO setting.
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Amenable to work in an office-based setup.
- Sales/Marketing experience is a plus but not required!
Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with clients assigned to him/ her through consistent customer contact.
