Job Overview
The Client Success team follows a Client for Life Philosophy, ensuring that every Gartner client receives value far exceeding their investment. In this role, you will onboard clients, demonstrate the value of Gartner services, and stimulate engagement with Gartner products used by large client teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients ranging from senior C‑level executives to junior professionals across IT, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Sales practices to ensure successful use of their Gartner subscription.
- Introduce Gartner services and capabilities to prospective and new clients, manage accounts and connect clients with the Gartner expert community.
- Identify client priorities and align Gartner’s resources to provide best‑in‑class service, helping clients achieve their priorities and maximize return on investment.
