As a key member of MASH HQ, you’ll act as the strategic bridge between our clients, our embedded teams, and our internal leadership. You’ll work closely with the Managing Director, Talent Director, and CFO to ensure our teams are not just delivering well, but delivering work that is more strategic, more connected, and more valuable to the client over time.
This role is part client partner, part delivery leader, part growth driver, and part mentor. You’ll help shape senior client conversations, elevate the quality of output across embedded teams, spot commercial opportunities, and strengthen the way we run accounts from both a talent and operational perspective. We are looking for someone who is proactive by nature – someone who instinctively asks better questions, goes deeper, joins the dots, and brings back smarter answers to all parties involved: clients, talent and the business.
