Responsibilities
- Build and manage a net-new sales pipeline targeting PE-backed healthcare organizations, including RCM providers, healthtech, and mid-market health systems.
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via LinkedIn, Apollo.io, industry events, and strategic referral networks.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets consistently.
- Develop and execute a dedicated sales strategy for PE-backed healthcare portfolio companies, engaging Operating Partners, Portfolio Operations teams, and platform CFOs/COOs.
- Design pilot-to-platform rollout strategies and secure initial engagements with individual portfolio companies.
- Lead discovery conversations to uncover operational pain points across revenue cycle management, clinical documentation, patient access, and back-office functions.
